Pets are known to decrease stress and for Hightown service user, Matt, being able to have his dog live with him in temporary supported accommodation has had huge benefits for his mental health.

When Hastoe’s Development team took handover of four 2-bedroom homes at The Grange in Finchingfield, Essex, its Housing team were able to help turn around the fortunes of local man Mark (not his real name), who had been homeless for a number of years.
